Excellent fit for strolling around in New York with best value for money ratio. The bartender from Haiti at the hotel bar was friendly and made my evening special. Opt for a suite if you'll need a decent workspace for your laptop.

great location but noisy at night
The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism throughout our stay.
The noise from the street traffic was quite bothersome at night.

The gym boasts complimentary fruit juices and a decent variety of equipment for a hotel setup, allowing for a refreshing workout. Rooms offer sweeping views, and the elegant design coupled with meticulous housekeeping creates an upscale, relaxed atmosphere that feels like a slice of luxury.
Our first night was marred by a musty odor and a noisy air conditioning unit, preventing a restful sleep despite our exhaustion. The limitations on fresh air due to sealed windows didn't help either. Also, during a room service encounter, only enough for one person was provided, making it a little awkward when expecting a dual meal for guests.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth every penny.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed a superb stay in our room with a spectacular view. Attended The Nutcracker, loved The March of the Toy Soldiers and The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy. Staff were friendly and the cocktail lounge is a must-try.
The breakfast was overpriced and not worth it. we were quite disappointed with it and wouldn’t recommend it.

Great stay with some bumps
Had a nice time overall. Staff was super friendly, especially the housekeeping who made sure my baby was comfy. The restaurant was a hit for breakfast, but the cot situation was a letdown. The mattress they provided for my infant was not up to par for the hotel’s standards. Still, I appreciate their efforts!
